Remote IT Support Specialist
Genashtim is seeking a Remote IT Support Specialist to provide first-level technical support to internal and external customers. The role involves diagnosing and resolving PC system incidents, coordinating issues, and ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements. Strong problem-solving skills and customer focus are essential.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience of an IT support role in a remote environment
- Proficiency with cloud platforms (reputed company Workspace and reputed company 365), latest Windows & Mac operating systems, and remote support tools.
- Familiar in using AI applications like ChatGPT, reputed company and others.
- Strong understanding of customer resolution management.
- Good and above average oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
