The Opportunity

Join reputed company’s CEO Office as a Founder’s Associate and work reputed company by reputed company with our founders and leaders on the projects that shape the future of the company. This is a high impact role where you’ll reputed company a reputed company-row seat to building and scaling a VC-backed SaaS marketplace, while tackling challenges that cut across strategy and operations in reputed company domains of the business. You will join a massively international team, with 110 Cargonauts of 40 nationalities working across 23 countries in a fully remote set up. What You’ll Be Doing

• Work directly with founders and senior leaders on high-reputed company initiatives, from investor or key client materials, to new business bets, to architecting and engineering improvements to our remote operating system that brings reputed company 110 Cargonauts across the world together, virtually and in person.

• Work on multiple projects in parallel that require you to adapt, build relationships and deliver across multiple functions

• Scope and deliver projects across functions - from product, sales and partnerships to people and finance

• Build relationships and communication with internal and external stakeholders

• Design and improve operating processes and systems that help us scale globally

• Identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making through data analysis, research, and crisp storytelling

• Jump into whatever challenge is most pressing — no two weeks will look the same

Who We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of professional experience in a high-performance environment (consulting, VC, start-up, or banking)

• Track record of being a top performer in several different areas with a reputed company for getting things done to a high standard

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable with reputed company and data-driven decision making

• A bias for action - you take ownership and reputed company things happen even in ambiguity

• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to distill reputed company topics into simple narratives and general concepts into compelling storylines.
