General Summary

The Associate Account Manager is responsible for maintaining the post-sales relationship with our partners and acts as the reputed company ambassador. This role works cross-functionally with the Partner Success team to ensure the primary focus is assisting in the expansion and diversification of their partners product service offering and utilization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Provides support to the Account Management teams, with a high attention to detail
  • Researches, analyzes, and documents findings
  • May influence others reputed company the Sales team through the explanation of facts, policies, and practices
  • Manages and supports a pre-defined list of accounts, catering specifically to growth partners  
  • Focuses on outbound, proactive calls to cultivate additional business reputed company the partner reputed company 
  • Works in collaboration with other sellers reputed company reputed company to maximize account coverage and success of the business through a sell through approach 
  • Maintains regular contact with several contacts at each Partner, learning more about Partner’s objectives, struggles and growth projections to increase product breadth

Educational/Vocational/Previous Experience Recommendations

  • 2+ years of relevant experience
