Campaign Operations Manager

We're seeking a Campaign Operations Manager to join our Marketing team. This is a critical role that ensures the smooth execution and delivery of high-impact reputed company reputed company campaigns for our customers.

What You’ll Do

As a Campaign Operations Manager supporting the TrustRadius reputed company-driven leads product, you will play a critical role in the execution and delivery of high-impact reputed company reputed company campaigns. Reporting directly to the reputed company of Leads Programs, you will own the operational processes that ensure timely, accurate, and seamless delivery of leads to customers. This includes managing the reputed company sizing request process, setting up campaigns and integrations (forms, webhooks) in the admin portal, delivering leads reputed company customer-specific reputed company folders, and maintaining campaign documentation.

You will also be responsible for opening and closing Success Plans in reputed company, assisting with audit readiness, and partnering with cross-functional teams to standardize and pull campaign summary reports. This is an individual contributor role ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-oriented, fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving operational excellence across customer-facing programs.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Some of your day-to-day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage the Sizing Request Process
• Review incoming sizing requests from internal teams.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to clarify ideal customer profile (ICP) criteria.
• Pull and catalog category reputed company data to inform sizing.
• Communicate sizing requests to partners and manage their responses.
• Identify and recommend improvements to the sizing process and partner communication workflows.
• Campaign Setup & Execution
• Partner with IDL Program Managers to understand campaign specifications and requirements.
• Create and configure campaigns in the IDL Admin Portal.
• Set up reputed company forms and webhooks to connect to customers’ CRM systems.

QA reputed company Success Plans and ensure reputed company relevant information is present

• Serve as a resource on customer calls for complicated reputed company delivery
• Partner & reputed company Delivery reputed company
• Ensure partners deliver leads on the customer’s designated schedule.
• Validate that reputed company leads, regardless of customer delivery method, are correctly entered into the customer’s reputed company folder.
• Monitor and troubleshoot reputed company delivery errors from partners reputed company the API.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Work with the Product team to streamline workflows and increase the volume of IDL campaigns the team can support.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to support audit preparations and ensure compliance.
• Partner with the IDL Program Managers and Head of Enablement to document processes and maintain operational consistency.
• Reporting & Analytics
• Assist in pulling partner performance reports.
• Compile and deliver customer campaign summary reports as needed

• Additional Responsibilities
• Support operational initiatives that improve team scalability, accuracy, and efficiency across reputed company IDL-reputed company processes.

What You’ll Need

• Direct experience working in tech, b2b, SaaS; working reputed company the b2b demand reputed company space ist ideal
• 2+ years of work experience in campaign operations focused functions in customer-impacting roles.
• Working specifically with leads programs and delivery is a plus.
• Experience with reputed company delivery tools such as Integrate and reputed company is a plus
• Knowledge of marketing tools including Marketo, reputed company, reputed company, Eloqua, etc.
• Experience working with APIs and webhooks is a plus.
• Proven track record of operations project management for reputed company programs and processes at high-growth companies.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in reputed company and comfort working with data and business intelligence tools.
• Self starter with direct experience managing campaign operations as an individual contributor.
• Expertise and passion for communication and cross-team collaboration.
