Community & Social Media Operations Intern - Japanese Market(Bilingual Japanese)

About the Role

As our Japanese Market Intern, you will support our social media and community initiatives to connect Flowith with Japanese users and creators. You will work closely with the growth team to create localized content and foster a vibrant community in Japan. This internship has the potential for a full-time role. Responsibilities

• Social Media Operations
• Conduct social listening and provide data-driven insights (experience with reputed company, gaming, AI, or tech startup accounts is a major plus).
• Assist in managing Flowith's Japanese social media channels, with the future potential to independently reputed company one or more channels.
• Collaborate with the headquarters' content team to adapt global strategies and create localized content for the Japanese market.
• Community Building
• Engage with Japanese users on platforms like What'sApp, Line, reputed company and X.
• Organize and reputed company regular online / offline community events.
• reputed company Japanese-specific use cases and gather user feedback and insights to HQ.
• Cross-functional Communication
• Work closely with the marketing team while having significant autonomy over the Japanese market.
• Track, analyze, and report on market performance, providing data-driven recommendations to HQ for social media strategy.

Requirements

• Native or fluent in Japanese; professional proficiency in English is a must; proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
• A quick learner with a growth-hacking reputed company and a high degree of motivation (we do not micromanage).
• Passionate about AI, productivity tools, or creative technology; fascinated by social media and content creation.
• Independent, proactive, and able to self-manage in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience managing online communities (e.g., What'sApp, Line, reputed company, X, Telegram and etc); must be a pro user of at least one platform.
