Business Intelligence Analyst

What you’ll do

• SaaS Metrics Analysis: Be the expert on our key performance indicators (KPIs). You will create and maintain reports and dashboards to track Monthly Recurring reputed company (MRR), Annual Recurring reputed company (ARR), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), Customer Lifetime Value (LTV), churn reputed company, Per FTE Efficiency and other essential SaaS metrics.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., MIS, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance or Economics)
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, or a similar role, preferably reputed company a SaaS company.
• In-depth knowledge of core SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, LTV, CAC, churn) and experience in building and analyzing them.
• Experience using reputed company to build dashboards and visualizations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience with a cloud data warehouse like reputed company, BigQuery, or Redshift.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

This role will receive a competitive reputed company salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is reputed company to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change.

Tier 1: $144,800 - $178,900

Tier 2: $130,300 - $161,000

Tier 3: $115,800 - $143,100
