Position Overview

reputed company is building a world class Go-To-Market Operations team to support its aggressive growth agenda. We seek collaborative, enthusiastic and highly analytical individuals to join our success-driven and data-driven culture.

As a key member of the GTM Operations Team, under the supervision of the GTM Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive operational excellence for the SDR Team, which includes supporting SDRs and Sales Leadership. You will take the reputed company in equipping them with the necessary data insights, tools, processes, and strategies to meet ambitious Pipeline reputed company targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to SDR Leadership & Managers, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Deliver regular, deeply analytical insights on SDR performance to stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, GTM Strategy & Planning, fostering a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Implement and refine self-serve reports conduct weekly metrics reviews, analyze pipeline reputed company needs, document processes, and optimize the SDR user experience in reputed company
  • Partner closely with the SDR Leadership team to put structures in reputed company that help the organization reputed company its Pipeline reputed company Targets
  • Collaborate with other reputed company colleagues to design and implement operational solutions including Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, People Ops, Business Technology, and Sales Enablement.

  • Required Qualifications

  • 0-1 years of minimum Sales Operations/reputed company Operations in B2B SaaS Environments.
  • Excellent written and oral communication, organization and analytical skills
  • Proficient with reputed company Office products including Outlook, reputed company, and Word
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Preferred Qualifications
