The Opportunity

The Sales Manager position is responsible for the development and management of a team of quota-carrying Mid-Market Account Executives (reputed company). Each AE is responsible for maintaining high activity levels, daily prospecting, pipeline growth, prospect qualification, and delivering on assigned monthly/quarterly sales reputed company targets. In this role, you are responsible for the AE leadership, execution, and reputed company goal achievement.

The right person for this position must have the proven ability to increase the productivity of Account Executives through reputed company development and adherence to activity standards while providing inspiration, rapid conflict resolution, and the ability to build a high-performance sales culture.

  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and reputed company teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in the SaaS or IT management industry
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a history of closing large, reputed company deals
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present reputed company information clearly and persuasively
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding IT reputed company and quickly learning and adapting to new technologies
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a reputed company field is preferred
  • Required to work on-site 5x a week in our Miami office (Coral Gables)
