• Experience in project scrum leaderships as remove impediments, foster team coordination environment, and guide the team toward embracing agile principles rather than enforcing them mechanically

Project Summary: The reputed company CL policy architecture relies on BCO/XML, which introduces performance bottlenecks, long release cycles, and maintenance challenges. This business case proposes a phased migration to a new CL Model using JSON and Protobuf serialization to improve agility, performance, and maintainability.

Role: Developer to help Intact migrate from XML to JSON for their DOM6 application services.

What You’ll Bring with You

• 3-5+ years of experience.
• Candidate must be currently based in Montreal.
• Must work on-site (hybrid) in Montreal.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• BA/BS in Computer Science or reputed company field, or equivalent practical experience.
