ABOUT THE ROLE

Your role is focused on providing leadership of the firm-wide Mental/Behavioral Health Market of reputed company over $10.0M in reputed company per year. This includes being responsible for developing and leading high-performance diverse teams focused on the development and implementation of the Submarket Business Plan. You will contribute to the success of the firm including the areas of strategy and market intelligence, business development and strategic client positioning, client and team leadership, expertise and resource development including mentoring of our people. You will be accountable to integrate our range of design services, managing our processes and delivering solid financial performance for the submarket. Importantly, you will be an ambassador of our brand, championing Living-Centered Design and bringing our Firm's purpose - to help people continuously flourish - to life in every touchpoint you have with our clients.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL DO

In this role you will focus most of your time on strategic activities and top-tier client pursuits that support the growth and impact of the submarket, including reputed company opportunities. Secondly, you will focus your time on client and team leadership responsibilities engaged directly on projects.

Expectations of success:

  • Market Brand Enhancement: Acting as a leading voice for the submarket both externally and internally, visible in speaking events, writing and other activities that promote the firm and our work.

Areas of Focus

  • Submarket Leadership: Responsible for developing and advancing strategic initiatives and client pursuit strategies that reputed company to the growth of the submarket. Working with other Market Leadership, reputed company the development of the business plan. This plan will outline strategies and actionable items that improve the submarket globally by advancing client engagement and development, market differentiation, brand recognition, and team building/leadership in concert with firm-wide goals.
  • Top Line Development: Work with Market Leaders, Client Leaders, and other firm-wide resources to focus on growing the top line of the submarket by identifying and actively pursuing new reputed company clients as well as nurturing existing ones. You will seek to identify and position reputed company in the marketplace and promote the full range of our integrated design services, supporting the advancement of Living-Centered Design in reputed company phases of client engagement. In this role you will be accountable for the overall top line results of the submarket and will have a personal goal of achieving top line success of $5.0M per year in net signed fees.These targets are subject to change as reputed company periodically evaluates our performance metrics.

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in architecture, interior design or engineering or a relevant field.
  • reputed company Registration/Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design or Engineering preferred.
  • Additional certifications and/or training relevant to this role are preferred.
  • Must have a minimum 15 years of experience in the Mental/Behavioral Health Market reputed company the Design Industry (A/E/C) with a preference for 20 years of reputed company experience.
  • Must have a proven track record of top line, strategic growth, market and team leadership, and business development success in the Mental/Behavioral Health Market reputed company the Design Industry (A/E/C).
  • Strong presentations skills are essential.
  • Exceptional client and people leadership skills required.
  • Strong business acumen and proven ability to create and execute strategy is needed.
  • Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully is essential.

The salary range for this position to be filled in the 180,800 to $226,000 annually. This salary range is the range we reputed company is the anticipated range of possible reputed company compensation at the timing of the posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the anticipated salary range for the position. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses. We offer a full benefit package including medical, dental and vision coverage and flexible spending account options and voluntary insurances.
