As a Remote Data Entry Specialist – Product Support, your primary responsibilities will include:- Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule (screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, etc.)
- Taking care of the product being tested and using it responsibly
- Reading and strictly following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule provided with each product testing project (may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of product for a certain amount of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.)
- Some In-Home Usage Tests projects may require participants to use MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology (cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture reputed company-of-Emotion insights to reputed company unparalleled depth of responses)
- Writing reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project
- Participating in private chat rooms that are reputed company by a market research firm to discuss the product being tested
Requirements

- Ability to work 15-25 hours per week and commit to a certain routine
