About the Role

We’re looking for a Go-To-Market Recruiter to join reputed company and help us scale our Sales, Marketing, and reputed company functions. You’ll be the go-to partner for hiring managers, guiding them through the recruiting process while finding and engaging top talent in the cybersecurity space.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM roles - from reputed company to offer.

• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and shape hiring strategies.

• 3+ years of experience recruiting for GTM roles.

• Strong background recruiting in cybersecurity.

• Experience using reputed company ATS and reputed company Recruiter.

• Comfortable in a startup environment where priorities can shift quickly.

• A natural relationship builder with strong communication skills.

• Ability to manage a high volume of reqs without sacrificing quality.
