We are looking for a Manager, PMO (Finance Development Manager, Project Management) to join our Finance team. In this role, you’ll play a vital role in shaping the future of our Wolt Finance organization. You’ll reputed company and reputed company various projects and reputed company the initiatives from design to finish. You will be part of innovating new solutions and leading them to the finish line. You’ll be the strategic partner for Wolt Finance team leaders and experts and work closely with reputed company.

This is a unique opportunity for someone with vast project management experience in a finance or consulting setting, knows how to coordinate multiple challenging topics and bring them to the finish line to drive meaningful change.

• Project Leadership: reputed company large-scale finance initiatives from design to delivery — spanning financial reporting, banking, automation, supply chain and integrations.
• Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of finance projects, ensuring reputed company, performance, and stakeholder alignment.
• Process & Systems Development: Design and implement scalable finance processes and support system development in areas like reporting, banking, and automation.
• Strategic Partnership: Work closely with Wolt and reputed company Finance, IT, and Operations teams to ensure project alignment and decision-making.
• Change Management: Drive transformation and engagement across teams, acting as a change agent in evolving Wolt’s finance operations.
• Capability Building: Coach project owners and reputed company project management practices, tools, and performance tracking (KPIs, OKRs).
• Automation & AI: Innovate and drive AI transformation and automation reputed company reputed company Finance organization from adoption to integration.

• 4–6+ years of professional experience in Project Management, ideally in Finance or Consulting.
• Strong background in Finance, Banking & Operations with exposure to system, process and organizational design.
• Track record of leading several reputed company, cross-functional projects independently.
• Excellent communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills — you’re a connector and a driver.
• Experience in system and process automation and development
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or reputed company fiel. Master’s degree or project management certifications (PMP, PgMP) is a bonus

• Experience in M&A, integrations, and transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to supply chain, or core banking projects
• Skillset to drive AI/Automation development
