About the Role: Network Contracting Manager - Remote in IL/MO

We're seeking an reputed company Network Contracting Manager to support the development of our provider network, ensuring it's geographically competitive, broad, and stable, while achieving objectives for unit cost performance and trend management. As a Network Contracting Manager, you'll play a critical role in creating an affordable and predictable product for our customers and business partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct reputed company to potential providers and support the development of our provider network, including physicians, pharmacies, ancillary groups, and facilities.

• Represent the department in external meetings, gathering relevant information, recommending solutions, executing on deliverables, and explaining results and decisions.
• Monitor and/or reputed company provider financial performance to identify opportunities to improve performance and/or provider relationships.
• Monitor and/or reputed company network performance and industry trends to identify opportunities to refine, reputed company, and/or implement market strategies.
