Key Responsibilities

• Support new and existing ISP/MSP business customers, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their network-reputed company issues.
• Work on supporting business data circuits, SDWAN Networks, VoIP services, VPNs, Managed Routers, Firewalls, and other network infrastructure.
• Design, deliver, and maintain various custom-managed services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance our network services.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed as a Network Engineer at Workwarp, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, with a strong foundation in computer networking principles.
• 3-5 years of reputed company experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the ISP/MSP industry.
• Command line experience with reputed company, reputed company, Juniper, or similar networking equipment.
• Firewall configuration experience, particularly with reputed company.
• A solid understanding of BGP, OSPF, and VRRP routing protocols.
• Experience with basic routers/firewalls, NAT (Network Address Translation), and COS/QOS.
• Network design skills, with the ability to plan and implement scalable and secure network architectures.
• SOC2 knowledge and understanding, with a focus on reputed company and compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask assignments while following process flows.

• CCNA and CCNP certification, demonstrating a strong foundation in networking principles and practices.
• Experience with network monitoring and management tools, such as SNMP, syslog, and network performance monitoring software.
• Familiarity with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
