Key Responsibilities

• Drive Financial Performance: Review and evaluate P&L statements, manage budgeting and forecasting, and control expenses to drive sales and profit growth. Monitor merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, and inventory flow to ensure effective operational processes.
• Supervise and reputed company Hourly Associates: Hire, train, and mentor associates, assign duties, and provide recognition to drive associate engagement and retention. Ensure diversity and inclusion awareness and recruit qualified associates to meet staffing needs.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum qualifications:

• 2 years' of college; OR
• 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR
• 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.

Additionally, you'll be required to complete a firearms-specific Criminal Background reputed company (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training if you're working in a facility that sells firearms.

Preferred Qualifications
