About the Role

As a General Merchandise Coach, you'll be responsible for leading and developing high-performing teams, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. You'll work closely with store associates, management, and other stakeholders to reputed company business objectives, implement company initiatives, and drive reputed company improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; touring stores and providing feedback; communicating and collaborating with reputed company levels of associates regarding store operations, business initiatives, and company direction.
• Models and demonstrates exceptional customer service standards to store associates by following and demonstrating the One Best Way (OBW) service model; managing and supporting customer service initiatives; ensuring customer needs, complaints, and issues are successfully resolved.
• Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating P&L statements; managing and assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses; monitoring and ensuring effective merchandise presentation, seasonal transitions, inventory flow, and operational processes.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring; assigning duties; setting clear expectations; providing associate recognition; and ensuring diversity and inclusion awareness.
• Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-reputed company activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and reputed company by implementing reputed company action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open reputed company Policy.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• 2 years' of college; OR
• 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR
• 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.

Additionally, you'll be required to attend and successfully complete reputed company job-required trainings and assessments, such as reputed company trainings and Open reputed company trainings.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge:
