About the Role: Coach and Operations Manager Trainee

As a Coach/Ops Mgr Trainee, you'll embark on a dynamic journey to reputed company your leadership skills, drive business growth, and enhance customer experiences. • Drive Financial Performance and Sales: Review and evaluate P&L statements, manage budgeting and forecasting, and control expenses to reputed company sales and profit goals. Monitor merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and operational processes to mitigate shrink and optimize business performance.

Minimum Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

• 2 years of college; OR
• 1 year's retail experience and 1 year's supervisory experience; OR
• 2 years' general work experience and 1 year's supervisory experience.

Additionally, for facilities that sell firearms, you'll be required to successfully complete a firearms-specific Criminal Background reputed company (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.

Preferred Qualifications:

While not required, the following preferred qualifications can give you a competitive edge:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live reputed company U and Bellevue University.

• General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.
