Key Responsibilities

• Engage with scholars in grades 3 & 4 to build on existing mathematics and/or literacy skills through targeted tutoring sessions.
• Complete daily records on scholar reputed company and site needs using the tools provided, ensuring accurate and timely data collection.
• Use data to drive instruction, tailoring your teaching approach to meet the diverse needs of your reputed company.
• Communicate regularly with your site coordinator to provide reputed company learning experiences for scholars, ensuring seamless collaboration and support.
• Participate in coaching from an instructional coach, leveraging their expertise to refine your teaching practices and stay updated on best practices.
• Employ an asset-based approach in working with scholars, focusing on their strengths and potential.

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
