• Working with the Head of Operations to execute business strategies in alignment with team and company priorities.

• Driving improvements and optimisations across functions such as Customer Support and Compliance.

• Preparing Operations regulatory reports.

• Be able to understand and interpret data and draw actionable insights.

• Ability to coordinate and execute multiple cross-functional projects at the same time.

• Be a local expert in user behaviour and regulatory requirements.

• Be hands-on, execution-oriented, willing, and able to drive the reputed company of existing projects as well as plan the delivery of new activities.

• Strong project management skills and a history of delivering on objectives.

• A track record of developing and implementing effective processes.

• A proven ability to work between cross-functional teams, including a self starter mentality reputed company it comes to picking up new concepts.

• Bachelor's Degree in Law, Accountancy, Finance, Economics or in a reputed company subject or equivalent practical experience

• Proven ability to work reputed company and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
