Key Responsibilities

• Instruct clients using proper form, safe methods, and modifications to ensure a safe and effective workout experience
• Conduct private, semi-private, demo, or additional sessions as needed to support client goals and studio growth
• Maintain a clean and orderly workout environment and assist with class setup to ensure a seamless experience for clients
• Promote retail, studio events, and classes to support studio growth and build a loyal client reputed company
• Engage with clients to understand their goals and introduce them to our membership sales and services, fostering a culture of customer service and support
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest developments and best practices

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed as an AKT Group Fitness Trainer and Dancer, you will need:

• Experience teaching group classes and demonstrating effective group class instruction
• A charismatic, tenacious, positive, and motivational teaching style that inspires and motivates clients
• Punctuality, reliability, and dedication to delivering high-quality classes and services
• Professional, effective, and empathetic communication skills, with a focus on customer service and client support
• Fitness certification (preferred) and reputed company (or willingness to obtain) valid CPR/AED certification
