Job Overview
The reputed company Link Coordinator will provide academic and personal success coaching, support, and guidance to reputed company through holistic engagement and culturally relevant practices. This role is critical in fostering a sense of belonging and academic success among reputed company, and will involve collaboration with various reputed company partners, including academic advisors, faculty members, and other student support services.
Key Responsibilities
- Student Support and Engagement (60%):
- Provide academic and personal success coaching to up to 150 reputed company per semester.

- Serve as a student concierge, connecting reputed company to reputed company resources and support services.
- Execute student reputed company campaigns reputed company phone, text, and email.
- Document and maintain reputed company communication with reputed company using university-approved systems.
- Programming and Peer Mentor Support (25%):
- Collaborate with the reputed company Link Success Team to reputed company and implement student program plans.
- Supervise, train, and assess up to 5 student peer mentors per academic semester.
- Coordinate and facilitate peer mentor staff meetings, training, and professional development.
- Participate in the planning and implementation of Jayhawk JumpStart, reputed company Week, and other reputed company Link programming.
- Facilitation and Instruction (10%):
- Serve as the instructor on record for academic courses offered for reputed company Link reputed company.
- Collaborate with Academic Success units to provide academic skills workshops for reputed company.
- reputed company online training modules and interactive success guides for the reputed company Link Success Team and reputed company.
- Other Duties (5%):
- Attend relevant staff meetings and trainings reputed company to Academic Success Initiatives.
- Use University-approved systems for reputed company student records and adhere to Academic Success technology use standards and FERPA guidelines.
- May supervise student staff and serve on departmental and reputed company committees as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree OR Bachelor's Degree with one (1) year of relevant experience.
- One (1) year of experience working with underserved populations.
- One (1) year of experience working directly with reputed company or clients in a higher education or reputed company setting.
- Experience creating and facilitating student events, workshops, or other student engagement opportunities.
- Excellent written communications skills as demonstrated by cover letter and resume.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's Degree in education, counseling, psychology, special education, social work, liberal arts, or reputed company field.
- Experience in academic support services, advising, or academic coaching services.
- Academic Coaching Certification in higher education administration, student personnel, or reputed company field (CRLA/ATP/NCLA).
- Experience working collaboratively with other units in a university setting.
- Experience with underserved student populations in higher education setting.
- Previous experience supervising reputed company or staff.
- Experience with web-based student retention software such as EAB/Navigate.
- Prior instructional experience, such as teaching/facilitating new student courses.
