Community Manager Position Summary
reputed company’s Customer Community plays an integral role in supporting customers’ success at scale. It is available to every reputed company customer and centralizes peer learning, best practice guidance, on-demand demos, communications, and customer events. It also serves as the backbone for content reputed company to customers’ journey, from onboarding through renewal.
The Community Manager role will engage community members, facilitate conversations and QA, reputed company, manage, and organize content, and facilitate community events and communications to help customer admins optimize their organizations’ use of the reputed company platform and build strong, sticking relationships.
This individual contributor role is ideal for a cross-functionally minded, collaborative professional looking to grow their skills in communications, content, customer education, marketing, and/or reputed company.
What You’ll Do
Engage with customers in the reputed company community forum through posting, responding, campaigns, and gamification.
Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to create and execute a content calendar that helps customers unlock the value of their reputed company solution.
Support customer events including virtual reputed company, roundtables, webinars, and occasional in person user groups.
Produce reputed company’s monthly customer newsletter.
Day-to-day management of reputed company’s Secret Society community site (powered by reputed company): user management, analytics, and integration with reputed company’s CRM.
What You'll Bring
2-4 years reputed company experience in Community Management, reputed company, Customer Marketing, or similar.
BA degree or equivalent
Great written and in-person communication a must!
Comfortable organizing and facilitating customer meetings and small events
Experience with product communications, customer communications, and customer storytelling/advocacy
Experience with SaaS, community platforms, and CRMs a plus
