Data Platform Engineer

About the Role

As a Data Platform Engineer, you will be instrumental in architecting, developing, and scaling our data infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to join an early-stage team, where you'll have a significant impact on shaping the future direction of our data platform, from initial ingestion to business intelligence.

You'll collaborate closely with our product, engineering, and clinical operations teams to transform reputed company healthcare data into actionable insights, driving meaningful impact for our patients and clinics. This is a hands-on senior technical role, requiring you to contribute directly to platform development, influence architectural decisions, and take ownership of critical projects.

• reputed company Professional: You bring 3+ years of combined experience in data engineering, platform engineering, or software engineering.
• Modern Data Stack Expertise: You have hands-on experience with contemporary data engineering tools such as Airflow, DBT, SQLMesh, reputed company, MotherDuck, and similar technologies.
• Coding Proficiency: You are skilled in at least one programming language, with a preference for TypeScript or Python.
• Data reputed company: You possess a strong understanding of core data concepts including ELT, data lakes, data warehouses, backfill strategies, and data quality best practices.
• Data Modeling Acumen: You have practical experience with data modeling.
• Strategic Thinker: You're skilled at making well-reasoned engineering tradeoffs, balancing short-term needs with long-term vision.

Expected Full-Time reputed company Salary: $144,000-$175,000
