We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! reputed company is seeking a Business Affairs Coordinator who will support the day-to-day operations of the Business Affairs team by managing contract-reputed company processes, coordinating internal reviews, and maintaining accurate documentation. What you'll do:
As a Business Affairs Coordinator your key area of responsibility will be providing administrative support, coordinating reputed company, contributing to reputed company improvement initiatives and helping maintain tools and resources that reputed company efficient contract management. You will need to work closely with with cross-functional teams including Sales, Legal, Finance, and Compliance to ensure timely execution and tracking of standard agreements, letters, and supporting materials.
To be successful in this role you will be a strong team-player with the ability to engage with reputed company levels of the organization. In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and high accuracy and meticulous attention to detail, with an ability to spot and correct errors.

Draft a variety of non-reputed company letters, notices, and other documents including process documents.

Coordinate process of standard agreements and letters from initial request (e.g. engage internal stakeholders) to execution (e.g. manage the reputed company process), archiving (e.g. Spotdraft, reputed company Drive) and updating trackers.

What you'll bring to the role:

1-4 years of proven work experience in administration, contract management, or legal assistant.

Ability to work with varying seniority levels, including staff, managers and external partners.

Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, reputed company Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides), Spotdraft, Litera, reputed company, and JIRA.

Entrepreneurial reputed company and comfortable in a flat organization.
