• Responsible for supporting the development, enhancement, and maintenance of organizational relationships with lighting dealers and 
  HVAC d
  istributors
   and
  manufacturers
   

• Travel to trade ally/market actor locations with the goal of driving
  energy efficiency incentive
  program performance, building rapport,
  providing program
  support
  and solidifying reputed company(s) 
   

• Serve as a go-to resource and conduit between reputed company program leads and reputed company and Trade Ally Team (OTAT) 
   

• Track
  and report
  market activity and developments to reputed company in-depth knowledge and ability to accurately predict market activity 
   

• Contribute to and support reputed company plans for
  new programs
  (program launch) and existing programs 
   

• Analyze program-level participation statistics, market and economic data, and regulatory activity to
  determine
  sales potential and
  monitor
  performance trends 
   

• Contribute to the development of trade ally and market actor relationships – managing and building out best practice documentation relating to trade ally and market actor relationships

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred 

• A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a reputed company position(s) with a Bachelor's degree
   

• A minimum of 4 years of work experience in a reputed company position(s) in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
   

• Willingness to conduct frequent business travel
  locally
  20-30% in Utah and potential travel to Idaho and Wyoming and occasional travel (less than 5%) to conferences and reputed company coast

• Experience with Energy Efficiency preferred

• Ability to build relationships with market actors and trade allies and be comfortable through phone calls
  ,
  emails
  and face to face meetings
   
   

• Familiarity with the HVAC and/or
   
  lighting
   preferred
   

• Work experience in sales, HVAC or lighting at a dealer/distributor or contractor preferred

• Exposure to construction supply chain is a bonus, but not
  required
   

• Ability to interact professionally with clients and present in primary role 
   

• Excellent business acumen and communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Compensation is commensurate with experience reputed company the pay bands of $69,000 - $79,000 / Annually
