• Collaborating with HR Technology, Payroll, IT, and local companies to acquire data and transform it for analysis and calculation

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a reputed company technical discipline; or equivalent experience/training
• Five years of labor experience in an analytical enterprise field, such as Business, Mathematics, Economics, or Data Visualization
• Five years of labor experience with data extraction, manipulation, and analysis from relational databases
• Five years of experience using SQL and one or more scripting languages
• Experience with Data Visualization software (Power BI, Tableau)

• Preferred qualifications include:
