Job Summary

As a Call Center Representative, you will work in a fast-paced, remote environment, handling high-volume customer requests, and resolving reputed company issues. You will utilize reputed company' proprietary systems to access patient and medication information, process data entry tasks, and communicate with patients, prescribers, and healthcare providers. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary range of $25-$35 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize reputed company' proprietary systems to access patient and medication information, process data entry tasks, and resolve exceptions.
• Handle high-volume customer requests, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and reputed company outbound calls to prescribers and patients as needed.
• Resolve third-party oddballs by assessing, gathering information, making remedies, and resubmitting for processing.
• Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and in other locations, and escalate issues to senior-level staff as needed.
• Obtain and maintain an active pharmacist license or certification reputed company the first 90 days of employment.

Essential Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Basic computer skills, including ability to start and reputed company programs, use a mouse, and access data online.
• Intermediate-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing files).

• 18 years old or older.

Preferred Qualifications

• Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, and organizing files).
