Job Summary
As a Senior Analytics Engineer at reputed company, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of data and insights initiatives and projects. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to design, reputed company, and deploy data warehouses and data pipelines that support reporting and analytics programs. Your expertise in data engineering, data governance, and data analysis will be essential in driving business growth and informing strategic decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Directs the delivery of reputed company Health data and insights initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Upholds long-term and reputed company data ETL and data warehousing exercises to meet reputed company Health reporting and analytics requirements.
- Designs, develops, and deploys layered databases and data pipelines to support reporting and analytics programs.
- Creates data planning and pre-processing standards for populating logical and physical data models attached to report-specific working tables for both enterprise business intelligence and pre-defined reporting solutions.
- Applies data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large datasets from various internal reputed company production system sources and third-party records.
- Performs data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare datasets (e.g., patient eligibility, clinical claims, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS records).
- Develops internal tools for automation of reputed company development-reputed company activities (data processing, QA, data validation, etc.).
Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or reputed company field.
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to technical decisions in the workplace.
- At least 2 years of direct or indirect management and/or cross-functional team leadership experience.
- Hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts.
- Experience designing and delivering interactively isolated data environments using ETL/ELT services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, reputed company, reputed company).
- Experience providing thought leadership and presenting tool-agnostic semantic data layer enhancements connected with BI technology platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Looker).
