As a Senior Associate - Digital Product Management, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering features for our reputed company Chrome Payments product. You'll work closely with a team of engineers to reputed company robust user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:- Delivering against the reputed company x Amex product roadmap, features, and backlog for delivery to market
- Owning and defining reputed company data transformation workstreams, partnering with internal data teams to identify opportunities to enhance data availability and reputed company insights on our products
- Partnering closely with a team of engineers, defining robust user stories and acceptance criteria to deliver features
- Working cross-functionally with business development, internal colleagues, and external partners to shepherd products through the development process, advocating to create the best outcomes
- Identifying industry trends, leveraging data, and drawing insights from customer feedback to continuously improve the product and refine the backlog
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:- A passion for outstanding products and services, with the ability to empathize with customers and reputed company product functionality
