Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of Sub-reputed company Group, Inc., providing professional, personable, timely, and accurate responses to customers and field partners. You will be responsible for answering a wide range of questions, resolving reputed company issues, and educating customers on the use and care of our innovative products. This is a part-time remote position, with opportunities available in both the Madison, WI and Phoenix, AZ regions. You must live reputed company 100 miles of either location and be able to attend onsite training in Madison, WI or Phoenix, AZ for the initial 3 months.

Primary Responsibilities

• Exhibit excellent customer service skills, providing professional, personable, timely, and accurate responses to customers and field partners

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required, with product support experience preferred
• Intermediate problem-solving and negotiation skills
