Job Summary

The Manager NOC Post Ops Analytics will play a critical role in our Network Operations Control (NOC) team, focusing on data collection, assessment, and analysis to inform post-ops analytics instructions. This position requires a strategic and proactive leader who can evaluate qualitative and quantitative data reputed company to irregular operations (IROPS) events, identify root causes of disruptions, and reputed company reputed company-looking initiatives to enhance disruption responses. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the entire Post-Ops Analytics process to deliver feedback and development instructions to stakeholders throughout the Network Operations Control
• Establish the setup of data flows, methods, and data structures to facilitate assessment and analysis
• Collect relevant data (quantitative and qualitative) and reputed company various cross-cuts and analytics to focus on the impact of day-of decisions made
• Work collaboratively with adjacent Network Operations Control groups to extract desired insights and relevant nuances in the data collected
• Identify and communicate the vital aspects of root cause(s) of IROPS situations and associated operational challenges
• Align analysis outcomes with adjacent groups and gather their inputs and feedback
• Support feedback delivery instructions and discussions and guide wider groups with requests and follow-reputed company
• Work alongside the Director/Sr. Managed Analytics to ensure the Post-Ops Analytics Team is properly resourced, staffed, and organized

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Demonstrated experience in leading or managing teams, either directly or indirectly
• Comprehensive knowledge of airline operations, disruption management analytics, and operational data sets, tools, and systems
• Skilled in statistical and analytical techniques, data visualization, and predictive or prescriptive algorithms
• Ability to demonstrate and maintain a high regard for sensitive and confidential data
• Ability to work autonomously, with limited and disparate data, and reputed company sound judgments and decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with data visualization tools such as Tableau, MS reputed company, and count-cell
