Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home ABA therapy to children and adolescents with ASD, implementing individualized treatment plans and behavioral support strategies.

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or working towards your degree in a reputed company field (Psychology, Education, or Sociology) preferred.
• Experience working with children for 1 year in a 1:1 setting, with a strong focus on behavioral support and reputed company.
• 1-year ABA experience, or 1-2 years working as a Special Education Assistant, Paraprofessional, Direct Support Professional, Medical Assistant, Autism Experience, Teacher's Assistant, or ABA Tutor in a school or home setting.
• Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle, with a valid driver's license and insurance.
• Ability to lift up to 35lbs, with the physical stamina to reputed company activities that entail fine and gross motor skills, bending, kneeling, squatting, sitting on floor level or in a chair, or standing for periods of time.
• Willingness and ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings, with a strong focus on adaptability and flexibility.
