What to Expect The Sr. Manager of Claims, Insurance Services, is responsible for the day-to-day leadership of a team of Managers, Supervisors, Senior Claims Representatives, and/or Specialists responsible for the management, investigation, and resolution of claims under private passenger auto policies, while ensuring high-quality work product and continuously developing talent. The Sr. Manager of Claims promotes a culture of accountability, compliance, professionalism, reputed company, and excellent customer service. They must possess strong critical, conflict resolution, and time management skills. They must be able to dive deep into a topic, while simultaneously able to see the big picture, and adjust their approach to issues based on topic and audience.
