Job Summary
As a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long Term Care at reputed company, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting patient assessments, planning individualized care, delivering treatments, and evaluating outcomes. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to reputed company for the welfare of our residents and promote a culture of safety, respect, and compassion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver medications and vaccinations based on policy and authorized domain of practice
- Provide support to the Medical Assistant or Clinical Assistant in communicating effectively with patients and their families regarding treatment options
- Collaborate with the RN to gather necessary data during the admission assessment process
- Assist the registered nurse in every stage of the nursing process, from initial assessment to ongoing evaluation
- Provide timely and accurate updates to the Interdisciplinary Plan of Care
- Prioritize care based on individual needs and reputed company swift, confident decisions
- Implement physician orders, medical practices, and nursing interventions
- Instruct patients, families, and healthcare staff in treatment regimens and objectives
- Contribute to the appraisal, planning, execution, and review of healthcare in reputed company situations

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Completion of a nursing education program approved by a board of nursing
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification - reputed company (AHA)

Preferred Qualifications:
- 1+ year of healthcare experience
- 1+ year of Licensed Practical Nurse experience

Physical Requirements
This role requires:
