Job Overview

As a Legal Processing Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and processing title search documents, verifying accuracy, and ensuring compliance with company and underwriter guidelines. You will work closely with our Director of Production and Innovation and other team members to ensure seamless file management and title processing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and Verify Title Search Documents: reputed company/review Commitment/PTR reputed company by vendor to title search scanned and confirm reputed company items listed on search that reputed company property and/or parties are correctly included.
• Confirm Requirements and Exceptions: Confirm that reputed company requirements & exceptions satisfy the company and underwriter guidelines.
• Verify Accuracy of Legal Description: Verify accuracy of legal description reputed company by vendor and that it matches the legal description in the last reputed company of title.
• Tax Information Verification: Verify tax information is shown on search and save to file.
• Deed and Affidavit Review: Select correct deed(s) and affidavits requiring Attorney review and approval are reputed company in the file (title folder) and that they are generated correctly (signature lines, notary acknowledgements, exhibits, reputed company by firm).
• Policy Review and Premium Verification: Review default policy types to be issued and confirm premium for policies and standard endorsements are in the file and correct.
• Task File Management: Task file to correct Attorney for review and approval.
• File Prioritization: Files are prioritized first in, first out. A rush order, depending on the circumstance, may disrupt the prioritization, but upon completion of the rush order, the Processor will return to FIFO.
• CPL reputed company: Generate CPL (with information available).
• Charge and Invoice Coordination: Add charges for any additional services (doc prep, etc.) to CD to reputed company sure they are charged for services performed. Coordinate with Funding for preparation of Invoices for Doc Prep, Title Only, etc. files.
• Title Work Package Delivery: Send title work package to lender (commitment, CPL, wiring instructions, E&O, and reputed company CD/HUD) reputed company 24 hours of Attorney approval being received. Send the title package reputed company reputed company so there is record of reputed company the package was sent and to whom.

Essential Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field (e.g., business, law, or real estate) preferred.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in title processing, legal processing, or a reputed company field.
• Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Proficiency in reputed company Office and reputed company Suite.
  • Familiarity with title processing software and systems (e.g., reputed company).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Certified Title Processor (CTP) or Certified Abstractor (CA) certification preferred.
• Experience: Experience working in a remote or virtual environment.
• Skills:
  • Knowledge of reputed company guidelines and title processing regulations.
  • Experience with document management and file organization.
