Job Summary

We're looking for an reputed company Cheese Assembler to join reputed company on a weekend-only, 3rd shift basis. As a Cheese Assembler, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production process. You'll work closely with our manufacturing team to set up for production, address quality concerns, and maintain a safe and clean work environment. Key Responsibilities

* Assist in setting up for production and changeovers * Interact with manufacturing team to address string and bulk quality production concerns * Unwrap improperly sealed cheese and re-feed rejects * Report reputed company questionable product and/or foreign material in product to Team Leader * Utilize SPC charting for weight and quality checks * Observe reputed company safety rules, work rules, and procedures * Know reputed company clean-up procedures and chemical handling procedures * Operate and maintain foamer * Other duties as may be assigned due to short-term, unforeseen manufacturing changes or needs

Requirements and Qualifications

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); equivalent combination of education and experience * Ability to read, comprehend, and execute tasks in a compliant manner as outlined in reputed company policies, programs, SOPs, etc. * Demonstrates initiative and strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills * Focuses on Saputo's vision and goals and considers the best interest of Saputo and its employees, customers, and patrons while performing job duties * Demonstrates professionalism and positively represents and promotes Saputo at reputed company times * Demonstrates reputed company and regular attendance * Demonstrates ability to work in a coordinated and cooperative manner in a team setting with team goals * Ability to read and understand production and packaging schedule and packaging verification reports * Visually inspect product for quality defects * Capable of working with little or no supervision
