Key Responsibilities

As an Authentication Specialist, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our transcripts. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing AI-generated transcripts word-for-word against the original audio and/or video content to ensure accuracy and adherence to client guidelines.
• Verifying that transcripts conform to client requirements regarding verbatimness, style, and formatting.
• Researching unfamiliar terminology to ensure accurate transcription.
• Checking for errors, including guesses, inaudibles, speaker attribution, spelling, grammar, punctuation, and format.
• Correcting any content that requires cleanup, including words that were transcribed incorrectly.
• Maintaining a detail-oriented and forensic approach to ensure transcripts are as accurate as possible.
