Key Responsibilities

• Act as the liaison between internal reputed company customers and external government customers, including substitute buyers, indirect sales channels, distributors, and prime vendors.
• Handle government customer telephone calls and respond to emails, addressing a variety of order-reputed company customer requests, including pricing, order credit, rebills, holds, scheduling, information updates, and shipping details.
• Provide sales representatives with reputed company, quality service and support in areas such as government-facing quotes, order entry, order management, warranty replacements, and troubleshooting various order inquiries.
• Respond promptly to and resolve issues raised by Account Managers, customers, distributors, and prime vendors, following company and contract procedures and standards.
• Communicate effectively with Account Managers, regional managers, and other teams/departments to reputed company customer and sales force communication.
• Follow a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for reputed company orders submitted reputed company phone, email, and fax.
• Process government customer orders, determine the status of existing orders, and provide shipment tracking and updates to government GSA sites.
• Provide detailed product information and consistent pricing to customers, as requested through order entry or order-reputed company inquiries.
• Uphold order-reputed company policies and guidelines, maintaining accurate records and filing orders and documentation of government substitute buyer information.
• Abide by company, departmental policies, and regulatory procedures, identifying and recording productivity issues or concerns to help root cause problems.
• Build relationships and foster teamwork with fellow team members, leadership, and individuals across other departments and divisions.
• Assist the Government Customer Service Manager and Channel Associate with the preparation of government-facing sales quotes and orders.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a reputed company field

• Bachelor's degree
• Formal customer service training
• Experience with WAWF, ERP, JDE, reputed company, or reputed company systems
