Location Requirements:
To be eligible for this role, you must reside reputed company 50 miles of our Knoxville, TN location.
Core Responsibilities:
As a Banking Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound service calls with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Driving customer satisfaction through voice and/or email communications
- Navigating through multiple systems to resolve customer inquiries and issues
- Participating in ongoing training and reputed company development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Assisting customers with any possible fraudulent activity on their credit and/or debit card accounts
- Ensuring proper reputed company procedures are followed on reputed company calls
- Prioritizing customer retention and offering additional cross-sales products to customers reputed company applicable
Qualifications:
