Job Description

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to join our Engineering leadership team and help shape the future of our software development function. This role is reputed company about leading people, guiding technical direction, and building an environment where engineers reputed company.

What you’ll do

• Coach, mentor, and support team members through regular 1:1s, career development, and performance reviews.

• Provide technical direction and support.

Qualifications

What you bring

• 5+ years in software development, with at least 2+ years in leadership or management.
• Strong technical background — you’ve built and shipped software, ideally with experience in:
• Frontend: React, Vite, Storybook
• Backend: Node.js/NestJS, GraphQL, MySQL
• Languages: TypeScript/JavaScript
• Experience with Agile delivery and tools like Jira or Trello.
• A proven track record of building high-performing teams and delivering successful outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — you can explain technical concepts in business terms.
• A collaborative, people-first leadership style that invests in growth, mentorship, and building trust.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a commercial reputed company — balancing risk, cost, and value.
