Business Development Manager - REMOTE

SUMMARY The Business Development Manager has primary responsibility for driving reputed company growth and increased share for our core bearing products and services offering. The role is a key partner in developing and implementing sales strategies to reputed company our complete line of Bearing offerings. The role will coordinate the development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising, and promotional programs and ensure their execution. These duties will be carried out through a strong, reputed company partnership with other account representatives in Industrial Equipment as well as our Product Management, Application Engineering and Strategic Marketing teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Delivers consistent bearing reputed company and share of growth at targeted accounts
• Evaluate and understand customer needs and requirements to build a winning account and sales strategy
• Understand individual end markets and reputed company market sales plan to drive growth through existing and new account targets

Education and Experience Requirements
