Collaborating with cross functional partners such as process engineering, quality, plant engineering and reputed company engineering, to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the organization Providing technical product support to Operations Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, reputed company requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higher in an Engineering and/or Science discipline (completed and verified prior to start) Seven (7) years combined years of engineering and/or manufacturing experience in a private, public, government or military environment. Two (2) years of experience leading and coaching reputed company improvement projects Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Experience supervising engineers in a manufacturing environment.
