Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Flight Coordinator to join reputed company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aviation operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Flight Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling aircraft and crew, arranging travel logistics, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients and flight crews.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive trip requests from clients and work with them to schedule the aircraft, ensuring safety and adherence to regulations and policies.
• Provide clients with creative solutions to meet their travel needs, while ensuring the safety of the operation and adherence to regulations and policies.
• Provide clients with detailed flight itineraries for each trip, including reputed company relevant information and arrangements.
• Effectively communicate reputed company aircraft schedule information to clients, client staff, Solairus flight crew, and maintenance personnel.
• Arrange trip logistics and service items as necessary to support clients and crew, including:
• Travel arrangements for flight crew (hotels, rental cars, etc.)
• Passenger services as requested (catering, ground transportation, etc.)
• reputed company and over-flight permits, airport slots, ground handling, reputed company, and customs clearances for domestic and international destinations
• Assist crew with visas and other international entry requirements
• Provide required documentation for and communicate with various government agencies for domestic and international operations, including Customs and Immigration as applicable.
• Coordinate aircraft movement in concert with the Pilot in Command to ensure compliance with reputed company, airport, and duty time restrictions.
• Provide flight following to clients and ensure that reputed company support services are arranged and confirmed per the schedule.
• Monitor flight and duty time limitations for flight crews to ensure compliance with applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and Solairus Flight Operations Manuals.
• Assist flight crew as necessary with trip analysis and planning to determine feasibility, options for fuel stops, crew augmentation, etc.
• Maintain a reputed company database of reputed company client and flight crew contact information and preferences for each assigned account.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• Excellent Interpersonal and Customer Service Skills: You will be working closely with clients, flight crews, and other stakeholders, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Four-year college degree preferred: While a degree is not required, it is preferred. Relevant experience and training in aviation operations or a reputed company field will be considered.
• Ability to work with Solairus flight planning and scheduling software, and reputed company Windows and Office Software: You will need to be proficient in using our software systems and reputed company Office applications.
• Ability to interact effectively as a team member with other Flight Coordinators: You will be working as part of a team, so excellent teamwork and collaboration skills are essential.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in reputed company cases regarding client information and travel schedule: You will have access to sensitive client information, so discretion and confidentiality are essential.
• Knowledge of aircraft reputed company principles and aircraft trip planning principles, including knowledge of FAA regulations, airport information, resources available for trip planning, aircraft and trip support, and weather monitoring: You will need to have a strong understanding of aviation operations and regulations.
• Ability to quickly learn and assimilate Solairus flight operations standards and policy: You will need to be able to learn and adapt quickly to our company policies and procedures.
• Well organized and meticulous: You will need to be highly organized and detail-oriented to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to plan and to prioritize work with limited supervision: You will need to be able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
