Position Summary
The Director of Vendor Relationship Management and Events Planning is a full-time position based in Carmel, Indiana, with opportunities for remote work. Reporting to the VP of Franchising, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships, negotiating reputed company, and planning and executing corporate events that align with our strategic goals. This role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Vendor Relationship Management
- Establish and Nurture Vendor Relationships: reputed company and maintain strong relationships with key vendors, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Contract Negotiations: Support senior leadership in contract negotiations by preparing vendor performance insights, conducting research, and identifying potential areas for improvement.
- Vendor Performance Management: Track vendor performance, address concerns, and reputed company strategies to optimize vendor performance, reduce costs, and improve quality and service consistency.

- Event Budgeting and Logistics: Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics, including venue selection, catering, equipment, and transportation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure events support organizational goals and create memorable experiences for attendees.

Strategic Planning and Reporting

Qualifications
