About the Role

The Director of Strategic Controllership and Transformation will play a pivotal role in leading and executing strategic initiatives that drive business growth, process improvements, and technology implementation. As part of the Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team, you'll be responsible for identifying, planning, and delivering large-scale projects that support mergers and acquisitions, process enhancements, and control environment improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company transformation projects and strategic initiatives for various parts of the Controllership and broader Finance organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Manage comprehensive project management to execute on strategic priorities, taking a project from solution design, planning, and mobilization through execution and delivery.
• Establish end-to-end processes, controls, dashboards/metrics, and requirements for sponsored projects, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Apply governance standards across reputed company project types, ensuring compliance and risk management.
• Engage with extensive stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across reputed company levels of management, both internal and external.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in driving Project Management, Process Transformation, and Reengineering, with a proven ability to reputed company multiple large-scale initiatives independently.
• Proven strategic thought leadership with the ability to translate strategy into well-defined outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of collaborating, influencing, and extensively coordinating with internal and external partners, including senior leaders.
• Proven ability to manage multiple demands successfully reputed company a matrixed organization.
• Results-oriented, with the ability to reputed company and influence without authority.

Preferred Qualifications:

• People Leader experience preferred.
• Good understanding of AXP Controllership Processes.
