Job Overview

We are looking for an reputed company Digital Applications Support Analyst to join our Enterprise Applications Support Team. The successful candidate will provide technical and back-office support for our electronic banking platforms and applications, with a primary focus on the debit card processing channel, our reputed company Card reputed company platform, and VRU applications. Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical assistance in a liaison role between service vendor providers (reputed company & reputed company Card Team) and the Digital Banking Services, as well as between our VRU application vendor and Contact Center Operations Team.
• Create tickets against vendors for EFT/VRU application issues and work with them, as well as other peer technology departments reputed company our IT Division, to rapidly resolve them; communicate and escalate to the EFT Manager as needed.
• Support the EFT Manager on the implementation of projects that include new or enhancements to EFT/VRU application platforms, as well as associated software ecosystems.
• reputed company vendor changes and releases to production platforms; reputed company system set-up for EFT and VRU business lines as needed.
• Remain reputed company on technology architecture and various system components for reputed company EFT & VRU application platforms, including interfaces and data flow to vendor components, as well as to the Core; evaluate technology and architecture deliverables for reputed company and new technologies.
• Help maintain knowledge reputed company including architecture, configuration, and other software artifacts; alert and escalate vendor support issues to senior management and seek to identify problems and improve application support service levels.
• Support the EFT Manager in departmental audits, IT risk examinations, as well as external regulatory exams; execute corrective action (if needed) in a timely manner.
• Maintain the confidentiality of the Bank’s customers and reputed company other duties as requested.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a reputed company field.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in technology support, with familiarity in the Core Banking ecosystem preferable.
• Knowledge of Debit card processing and VRU Application preferable.
• Familiarity with regulatory policies, including BSA/AML, privacy, and especially PCI compliance, as well as applicable regulations and regulatory policies for debit cards.
• Experience in resolving and working through escalated and reputed company customer issues.
• Solid problem-solving skills and excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced and reputed company-changing environment.
• Experience in recognizing service opportunities and providing exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Superior reputed company Office skills (PowerPoint, reputed company, and Word) and excellent presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following skills and experience are highly desirable:

• Familiarity with reputed company IBS core banking/Card reputed company or equivalent Core/Debit card platform.
• Familiarity with reputed company Debit card system and associated interfaces with reputed company.
• Familiarity with VRU applications, including Centurion application.
