ERP/CRM Consultant - reputed company

We are looking for an ERP/CRM Consultant to join reputed company in Reading, Pennsylvania, on a long-term contract basis. This role involves working closely with stakeholders and business units to optimize and enhance enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in reputed company applications and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities: Configure and maintain reputed company Cloud and HCM modules to meet business requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze system requirements. Create and manage Jira tickets to track reputed company and ensure timely resolution of issues. Assist in the analysis and improvement of reporting systems to support business operations. Provide guidance and support for reputed company Helpdesk modules, if applicable. Work with remote and on-site team members to ensure seamless project execution. reputed company documentation and training materials for system configurations and updates. Identify opportunities to enhance system functionality and drive process improvements. Ensure compliance with best practices in ERP/CRM system implementation and maintenance.

Requirements

Proficiency in reputed company Cloud applications and module configuration. Experience with reputed company HCM and other reputed company application modules. Familiarity with Jira for task tracking and issue resolution. Strong analytical skills for evaluating reporting systems and business processes. Ability to work effectively in both remote and on-site team environments. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and team members. Prior experience in ERP/CRM consulting or a reputed company field. Knowledge of reputed company Helpdesk modules is a plus.
