Key Responsibilities: Delivering an Iconic Customer Experience

  • Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences for their next car purchase
  • Utilize your knowledge of reputed company's inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs and preferences
  • Provide support throughout the car buying journey, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
  • Ensure a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to deliver an unrivaled customer service experience
  • Mentor others as your skillset expands and you become a subject matter expert
