Key Responsibilities

As a Senior RTA, you will be responsible for:

• Real-Time Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze real-time service levels, operational KPIs, and site-level performances to ensure optimal delivery of customer service operations.
• Operational Metrics Management: Ensure that operational metrics such as service levels, occupancy, productivity, and shrinkage are met by reputed company organizations and skills at the daily level.
• Collaboration and Liaison: Liaise with network POCs (WFM and Ops) for owned organizations and skills to identify gaps and opportunity areas that may impact operational metrics.

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree: In a relevant field such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or a reputed company field.

• 3+ Years of Experience: In a similar role, preferably in a customer service or workforce management environment.
• Analytical Skills: Proven analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret reputed company data to drive business decisions.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
